Kutlucan Textile Ltd. was founded in 2012 in Bursa, Turkey. With 30 years of experience, It started production in 2014. Our Spinning and Texturing machines are German technology. Our production are FDY and DTY of polyamide 6 and 6.6. Our yarn capacity is 2.700 tons per year. Polyamide 6 yarns are produced in hundreds of colors and new colors can be done upon request. Our company is environmentally friendly due to dyeing the yarn in the melt.

Our founder Osman Nuri Ugurlu lays the basis of Ugurlu Unlimited in 1965 when he started production with handloom.
He also begins the trade of linens he collects from neighbor handloom manufacturers in big cities like Istanbul and Ankara.
Ugurlu Unlimited starts manufacturing bed linens by the early 1970’s.
The company secures its place in the market with its trust based trade understanding and continues flourishing when the second generation start working. It continues its journey as Ugurlular Textile and Industry Corp by 1989.
In 1990 it starts manufacturing tergal tulle with 8 looms in Denizli, the capital of towel.
In 1997 the high tech manufacturing era starts and Ugurlular undertakes an investment for yarn production with 25.000 spindles.
Investments in the sector continues with the same speed and by 1999 the company becomes capable of 750.000 meters per month manufacturing capacity using 150 looms.
By 2007, Ugurlular establishes OCZ Textile, an export oriented affiliate and starts exporting Ugurlu products to the U.S.A., Russia, U.K., Italy, Canada, Switzerland, Belgium, Slovakia and Bulgaria.
In 2014 the company undertakes a new investment of 8100 rotors open-end and improves its daily cotton yarn production capacity to 60 tons.
Today Ugurlular Corp. is one of the leading companies in textile sector with its 40.000 m2 closed space in 60.000 m2 land with its 300 employees and 50 years of expertise.
